This is a Star Wars Episode I 3.75 scale action figure of Chancellor Valorum as seen in the film Star Wars: The Phantom Menace portayed by Terence Stamp.

Figure is new in package. Blister is clean with some minor scuffing and has a small indentation on the top of the bubble (see photos). Card is also in excellent condition. Comes with Commtech Chip. Chip works with the CommTech Reader (Sold Separately) that when connected figure will speak.

Includes one action figure, staff and CommTech Chip.
