This is a rare 1 of 100 Road Champs Fly Wheels toy straight from the 2005 Toy Fair. This limited edition item features a unique miniature wheel and tire combination that you rev up with a rip cord and then release to watch it hit top speeds.

The series contains a variety of off-road, street and racing options. This one features a mini 17″ Tenzor Passion Wheel with a BF Goodrich Scorcher tire.

Item is new in package. Packaging has some wear and is not mint.
